Building Networks and Navigating Growth: My Journey at Huddle Global
A three-day exploration at India's largest beachside startup festival in Kovalam Beach, Thiruvananthapuram, organized by the Kerala Startup Mission.
I recently participated in a three-day Huddle Global programme organised by the Kerala Startup Mission with the goal of personal growth. The event, the largest beachside startup festival in India, took place at Kovalam Beach in Thiruvananthapuram. It was a blend of learning and building connections. Let me share a bit about my experience at the event.
Making Connections: Building Friendships and Networks
One of the coolest things about Huddle Global was meeting all sorts of people. From experienced business owners to those just starting out, the event was like a mix of different ideas and stories. During organized networking sessions and informal hangouts, I got to chat with people from all kinds of jobs, creating the start of some really good friendships that didn't just stop when the event ended.

Workshops and Panel Discussions: A Deep Dive into Industry Insights
During Huddle Global, the main focus was on interesting workshops and group discussions that gave me a deep look into different work areas. Some sessions I was part of included figuring out how to make a product fit into the market, with insights from Sharique Samsudheen, CEO of Fundfolio. There were also talks about making a positive impact in healthcare, helping startups grow big, expanding businesses from Kerala to global markets, and boosting one’s brand through great content.
The discussions about investing at different business stages and making software development accessible to everyone were eye-openers. I also got to learn about the role of ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) in helping startups and strategies for building global communities. In a special meeting, we discussed the importance of diversity and gender equality in business. There was another cool discussion about reshaping leadership paths for women in business. These sessions didn't just teach me new things about various industries but also gave me practical tips to use in my own work.

The friends I made at the event and the things I learned kept making a difference in my work life even after the event. By staying in touch with people through online platforms and talking about our shared interests, I found that the connections I had made were in for the long haul.
Huddle Global wasn't just about learning new things; it helped me grow a lot. The ideas I got from the workshops and talks really influenced how I do things at work. In simple words, it changed the way I make decisions and plan my career. To sum it up, Huddle Global was more than just a one-time event; it transformed how I connect with people and learn.
